Why? I do not want to put an exact street address since I do not live there. The address is simply to link me to the address I last voted from so that I may vote in federal elections as we are allowed as US Citizens. There are SIX MILLION of us abroad and it is past time for the government and organizations and various concerns recognize this legal fact. So I am not able to fill out the form. Big Pharma has Big Hold on our government and the FDA has become one big bloated enabler of listening to them rather than looking at the research and also respecting public response. Hopefully that will change under Makary.

Senator Durbin will not be seeking re-election, so I thought the issue was dead, at least for now. Dietary supplement manufacturers and sellers, and the trade associations that represent them, ought to object to MPL. Perhaps CHPA’s management team or board includes a former pharmaceutical executive. Unfortunately, drug companies are buying up dietary supplement companies. Thus, Big Pharma priorities creep into supplement business strategies.
In any case, Mandatory Product Listing is a bad idea.

– It is difficult ( or is it to low to be published due to pressure from Big Pharma ) to determine the exact number of
people harmed or killed each year by taking vitamins, as the data is not readily available or consistently tracked
