To donate a gift of stock, please use the following information. Please be advised that the different 501(C)(3) and 501(C)(4) statuses can affect the distribution of your assets in relation to taxes.
Bequests
ANH is grateful if you choose to make a bequest to our organization. Let your advisor know your wishes and they will put the appropriate language in your will. If you already have a will, your lawyer can add a bequest through a simple codicil. Please note that the 501(c)(3) or (c)(4) status can affect the distribution of your assets in relation to estate tax. We encourage our members to speak with an attorney familiar with your state’s laws.
