Effective Date: August 1, 2026
These ANH Practitioner Circle Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the ANH Practitioner Circle, a membership program offered by Alliance for Natural Health USA, also known as ANH-USA (“ANH-USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization organized for purposes permitted under Section 501(c)(4) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
By applying for, purchasing, renewing, accessing, or participating in the ANH Practitioner Circle, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies, notices, or terms referenced herein or made available through www.anh-usa.org.
- Nature of the Practitioner Circle
The ANH Practitioner Circle is a membership program for qualified health professionals who support ANH-USA’s mission to protect access to integrative medicine, dietary supplements, natural health options, practitioner freedom, and consumer choice through advocacy, education, legal projects, grassroots engagement, regulatory activity, and related initiatives.
Membership in the Practitioner Circle is not a clinical, legal, regulatory, licensing, insurance, credentialing, certification, accreditation, or professional defense service. Membership does not create an attorney-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, joint venture, or representative relationship between ANH-USA and any Member.
- Eligibility
Membership is available to qualified health professionals from all disciplines, including practitioners in conventional, integrative, functional, complementary, naturopathic, nutritional, homeopathic, chiropractic, osteopathic, nursing, pharmacy, mental health, allied health, coaching, wellness, and other health-related fields, subject to ANH-USA’s discretion.
ANH-USA may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, professional status, identity, payment information, or compliance with these Terms. ANH-USA may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate membership in its sole discretion, including where ANH-USA determines that an applicant or Member does not meet eligibility criteria or has acted inconsistently with ANH-USA’s mission, reputation, policies, or legal obligations.
- Membership Term
Unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment, Practitioner Circle membership is annual and begins on the date payment is accepted or, for launch members, on August 1, 2026. Membership continues for one year unless cancelled, suspended, or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
- Fees, Billing, and Renewal
The annual Practitioner Circle membership fee is $299, billed annually by default. ANH-USA may change membership fees for future membership periods by providing notice before the applicable renewal date. Annual memberships may be renewed each year upon payment of the then specified annual fee, so long as all other terms and conditions herein are not in breach.
By submitting payment information, you authorize ANH-USA and its payment processor to charge the applicable membership fee, taxes, transaction charges, currency conversion charges, or other applicable amounts disclosed at checkout or renewal.
Unless you cancel before renewal, your membership will renew annually. ANH-USA will provide advance notice of renewal and a reasonable opportunity to cancel before the renewal charge is processed. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information.
Any bank fees, card issuer fees, payment processing charges, or similar charges imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility and are not controlled by ANH-USA. All membership fees are charged in U.S. dollars.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Either party may cancel membership at any time with 30 days advance notice by email and without cause.
You may cancel your membership renewal in the manner provided by ANH-USA, including through any account-management or cancellation process made available to Members, or by contacting ANH-USA at the contact details listed below.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current membership term. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by ANH-USA, membership fees are non-refundable once paid, and access may continue through the end of the then-current paid term.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
- Membership Benefits
Members may use the designation “Member, ANH Practitioner Circle” only while their membership is active, all required dues have been fully paid in USD, and they remain in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable ANH-USA policies. This designation is personal to the member, may not be transferred, sublicensed, or used to imply endorsement, certification, licensure, credentialing, or approval by ANH-USA, and must be discontinued immediately upon expiration, cancellation, suspension, or termination of membership for any reason.
Practitioner Circle benefits may include advocacy updates, practitioner-specific communications, educational materials, campaign briefings, opportunities to participate in grassroots advocacy, invitations to events or briefings, and other benefits determined by ANH-USA from time to time. As part of your membership your name and email will be added to ANH-USA’s mailing list to receive newsletters, updates and notifications via email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
ANH-USA may add, modify, suspend, substitute, or discontinue any benefit, content, communication, event, speaker, campaign, access feature, or other aspect of the Practitioner Circle at any time. Membership does not guarantee any particular legislative, regulatory, legal, clinical, commercial, professional, or advocacy outcome.
- Advisory Membership Rights
To the extent applicable under ANH-USA’s bylaws or internal policies, Members in good standing may be eligible to provide feedback, participate in surveys, or vote in an advisory capacity if and when the ANH-USA Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, submits a matter to members for advisory input.
Membership does not confer any right to control ANH-USA, bind ANH-USA, speak on behalf of ANH-USA, vote on governance matters except as expressly permitted by ANH-USA, inspect confidential records beyond rights provided by governing documents or applicable law, or participate in board, committee, management, legal, financial, or strategic decisions.
- Member Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or restricted-access materials;
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, licensing requirements, and ethical obligations;
- use Practitioner Circle materials only for lawful and authorized purposes;
- refrain from misrepresenting your relationship with ANH-USA;
- refrain from conduct that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, or harmful to ANH-USA, its staff, members, partners, campaigns, reputation, or mission.
You remain solely responsible for your professional practice, patient relationships, clinical decisions, communications, advertising, claims, recordkeeping, informed consent, regulatory compliance, licensure, insurance, and all services you provide.
- No Medical, Legal, or Regulatory Advice
ANH-USA’s materials, communications, events, campaigns, and advocacy content are provided for general informational, educational, policy, and advocacy purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, financial, tax, professional, clinical, or other individualized advice.
Members should consult their own qualified legal, regulatory, tax, clinical, insurance, or professional advisors regarding their specific circumstances. ANH-USA does not review, approve, supervise, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Member’s practice, services, statements, products, protocols, claims, recommendations, or patient care.
- No Endorsement or Use of ANH-USA Name
Membership does not constitute ANH-USA’s endorsement, approval, certification, credentialing, verification, sponsorship, or recommendation of any Member, practice, product, service, protocol, therapy, claim, business, website, event, publication, or communication.
You may not use ANH-USA’s name, logos, trademarks, trade names, campaign names, content, or other intellectual property in any advertising, marketing, public statement, website, social media, patient communication, commercial material, or fundraising material without ANH-USA’s prior written consent.
If ANH-USA provides approved membership badges, descriptions, or attribution language, you may use them only in accordance with ANH-USA’s then-current usage guidelines and only while you remain a Member in good standing.
- Intellectual Property
All content, materials, text, graphics, logos, videos, recordings, downloads, reports, templates, campaign materials, event materials, website content, and other resources provided by or through ANH-USA are owned by ANH-USA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ANH-USA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Practitioner Circle materials for your own personal, professional, non-commercial, informational, and advocacy-related purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit ANH-USA materials except as expressly authorized in writing.
- Confidential or Restricted Materials
Certain Practitioner Circle communications, briefings, campaign strategy materials, recordings, documents, or discussions may be designated confidential, restricted, members-only, or otherwise non-public. You agree not to disclose, publish, distribute, forward, record, screenshot, reproduce, or use such materials outside the authorized membership context without ANH-USA’s prior written consent.
- Events, Speakers, and Third-Party Content
Practitioner Circle events, briefings, speakers, links, resources, and third-party materials may include views, information, or opinions provided by persons or organizations other than ANH-USA. ANH-USA does not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, claims, products, services, websites, or advice.
ANH-USA may change, postpone, cancel, limit, or condition participation in any event, briefing, webinar, or member activity at any time.
- Privacy and Communications
ANH-USA will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here: https://anh-usa.org/privacy-policy/. By joining the Practitioner Circle, you consent to receive membership, billing, renewal, administrative, advocacy, event, and organizational communications from ANH-USA.
You may manage certain communication preferences as provided by ANH-USA, but ANH-USA may continue to send transactional, administrative, legal, renewal, and membership-related notices as permitted by law.
- Political, Lobbying, and Advocacy Activity
ANH-USA is organized as a 501(c)(4) organization and may engage in advocacy, lobbying, grassroots campaigns, regulatory activity, litigation-related projects, public education, and other activities consistent with its mission and legal status.
Membership fees support ANH-USA’s general mission and activities unless otherwise stated. Membership fees are not contributions to any political action committee and do not constitute payment for legal representation, lobbying services on behalf of an individual Member, or individualized professional defense.
Membership fees are generally not deductible as charitable contributions for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Members should consult their own tax advisors regarding any potential deductibility or reporting treatment.
- Suspension and Termination
ANH-USA may suspend, restrict, or terminate your membership, access, benefits, communications privileges, event participation, or use of ANH-USA materials at any time, with or without prior notice, if ANH-USA determines in its sole discretion that:
- you have violated these Terms or any ANH-USA policy;
- your payment is declined, reversed, disputed, unpaid, or fraudulent;
- you provided false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information;
- your conduct may harm ANH-USA, its members, staff, partners, mission, reputation, operations, legal position, or advocacy work;
- continued membership would create legal, regulatory, reputational, financial, operational, or safety concerns;
- ANH-USA is required or advised to do so by law, payment processor rules, professional obligations, or risk-management considerations.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination and does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed by ANH-USA in writing.
- Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner Circle, membership benefits, website, materials, communications, events, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
ANH-USA disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
ANH-USA does not warrant that membership will protect any Member from regulatory action, legal claims, professional discipline, investigation, censorship, loss of access to products or therapies, business loss, reputational harm, patient disputes, or changes in law, policy, platform rules, or market conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANH-USA and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, volunteers, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, loss of data, professional harm, patient claims, regulatory consequences, or reputational damage, arising out of or relating to the Practitioner Circle, these Terms, or your membership.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANH-USA’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Practitioner Circle or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ANH-USA for your Practitioner Circle membership during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANH-USA and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, volunteers, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your professional practice, services, products, protocols, claims, recommendations, or patient relationships;
- your violation of law, regulation, professional duty, licensing requirement, or third-party right;
- your misuse of ANH-USA materials, name, logo, content, or membership status;
- your communications, advertising, public statements, or representations concerning ANH-USA or your membership;
- any content, information, or materials you submit, publish, distribute, or provide.
- Modifications to Terms or Membership
ANH-USA may modify these Terms, membership benefits, fees, eligibility criteria, policies, or program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, which may include posting updated Terms on www.anh-usa.org or sending notice by email.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Continued membership, renewal, access, or participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Transferability
Membership is personal to the Member and may not be assigned, transferred, shared, sublicensed, or resold without ANH-USA’s prior written consent, except to the extent expressly permitted by ANH-USA’s bylaws or applicable written policy.
- Force Majeure
ANH-USA shall not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, cancellation, or modification caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, regulatory changes, court orders, internet or technology failures, payment processor issues, cybersecurity incidents, illness, public health events, or other events beyond ANH-USA’s reasonable control.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another governing law is required by applicable non-waivable law.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Washington, District of Columbia. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or notices incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANH-USA regarding the Practitioner Circle and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, representations, or agreements regarding the subject matter herein.
