Are we at the dawn of a natural health renaissance? Or will Big Pharma’s economic influence and pursuit of monopoly stifle natural health in the US?

Listen to the audio version of this article:

The results are in, and the votes have been counted: Donald Trump has won the US Presidency, improving substantially on his 2020 performance in both red and blue states.

To be clear: ANH is a mission-focused, non-partisan organization, dedicated to protecting and promoting access to natural health options and information about those options. It is our duty to look for the opportunities to advance those goals, no matter who gets elected. Below you’ll find an issue-by-issue breakdown of the opportunities we’ve identified so far to advance the interests of natural health advocates and consumers.

What Our Experts Say

ANH’s General Counsel, Jonathan Emord, Esq., offered the following comments in the wake of the election:

“For those who yearn for health freedom in America, the Trump victory—including the victory for Make America Healthy Again—is a precious opportunity. ANH, and all advocates of freedom of informed choice, must seize the day and transform the American marketplace into one where consumers at the point of sale are not fed propaganda, denied access to healthy foods and dietary supplements, and denied access to truthful health information. There must be a natural health renaissance to catapult America from the dark ages of COVID censorship and unhealthy foods to the bright era of a robust, wide open marketplace of health-enhancing products and information. That new dawn of freedom will usher in less disease and greater longevity for all Americans.”

Rob Verkerk, Ph.D., ANH’s Executive & Scientific Director added,

“We’re hopeful that a renewed focus on health in the next Administration—especially one in which RFK Jr. would play a major role—will help ensure the mistakes made during COVID are not repeated. The witchhunt against physicians doing their best to save lives using innovative early treatments with combinations of safe drugs and nutrients was a travesty. Doctors and patients should be free to work together to ensure the best possible care is available and provided following informed consent, without interference from biased regulators and medical boards.”

We will have a lot more to say on our plans for the upcoming administration in the coming days and weeks.

Trump was president when the pandemic started and it was his administration that went after doctors who were trying to save patients… Trump also championed mRNA injections being released before long-term safety studies could be done l(via his “operation, warp speed“)…. And of course it’s true that Biden continue the same horrible policies

  • I would add two more items to the 12 things a Trump administration might do. First – and this will seem wrong so bear with me – allow Big Pharma to do whatever they want. Second – and this is by far and away the most important thing a Trump administration could do for the health of all Americans – remove any and all liability protections that the big pharma industrial complex currently enjoys. In other words, allow anyone harmed by any pharmaceutical intervention to sue the prescribing doctor, the sales team, the advertisers and the company that made the product. I guarantee that after those entities pay out hundreds of billions of dollars in settlements they will either go bankrupt, their investors will bail, or they will make safe, alternative products.
That would also simplify your chart by making many of the other points moot.

I know Trump’s new ag secretary, Thomas Massie (R-KY) will be working hard on getting more farms to be turned into regenerative ones, but that takes time. They also need to keep trying to fix organics by bringing them back to their original rules which were much more stringent.

YEAH! Finally, maybe some common sense will be applied to the world of the “healthcare” industry…or rather, the “sick-care” industry, as I call it.

  • Kyle – good points – but Trump didn’t have the advisors around him at that time that he has now, especially not in the form of RFK Jnr. Back in 2020 he had yet to learn who Fauci’s real paymasters were. Our sense is that 2025 will be very different.

Get the pharmaceutical commercials off the airwaves. That would be a huge accomplishment toward the endgame!

  • Not to rain on any parades, but Trump has chosen Susan Wiles as his chief-of-staff. She is a former pharmaceutical with ties to all the major companies and organizations that are pro vaccination. This could possibly result in some internal conflict, but I hesitate to get over optimistic. This election results will serve us better than the alternative.

If EVERYONE played by the same rules of right vs wrong and could be held accountable, things would improve fast.

With RFK advising the President I would hope that he will be educated about what happened in the pandemic and how he – and the public at large – were lied to and misled by Fauci, the CDC, big pharma, big medicine, the FDA and the whole public health system. Whether he takes it to heart only time will tell. Then there is the question of how much RFK will be able to dismantle the complex web of corruption involving government health agencies and big Pharma/medicine. There is enormous imbedded power there.
I would add that even though it should be legal for consumers to sue drug/vaccine makers, multi-million dollar judgements and settlements seem to do little to impact drug maker fraud, which is most often uncovered 10-20 years after FDA approval. What is needed is serious jail time for the CEOs and changes in drug and vaccine approval laws and regulations – and leaders whose primary purpose is to protect public health.
